Pansy Moore-Shrier was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary-of-the Woods. She returned to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law and received her Juris Doctor, with honors, in 2004. Ms. Moore-Shrier maintains a general litigation practice in Oklahoma and has been involved in complex matters throughout the United States. Ms. Moore-Shrier has a broad range of practice areas including insurance coverage, insurance defense, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, family law.
